1.Application of Jig machine
Mining separator Saw-tooth wave jig is one of the relative new methods for gravity concentration. As a rougher or cleaner device, it is widely applied on the separation of gold, tin, tungsten, titanium, hematite, coal and other minerals due to its high processing capacity, large range of separation size and simplicity of operation and maintenance. The jigger has a wide range of selecting sizes , high capacity , high production efficiency and features of easy operation and maintenanceand occupies a small area .
2. Work priciple
JT jigger is kind of dow-moving saw -tooth-wave jigger.magnetic reduce motor drives the saw-tooth-wave producer to make different -heart movement through the cam.And the adjustment device will be driven todo alternate motion to make hypocentrum produce the regulation motion to squeeze the water in box move. The water-flow moving goes throgh the screen to dash the bed stones and the ore to move along parabola.then the ore will be fed at the feeding port. The dropping speed differs for materials with different density to form different layers maturally. The light material will be discharged by the dashing of water while the heavy material will go down through the bed stones to the hypocentrum.Finally.the concentrate will be discharged to finish the Jigging.
3.Feature 1. High capacity
2. High concentration ratio and high recovery
3. Fabricated with highest quality material
4. Easy to install, operate and maintain
5. The pulsation curve is saw-tooth wave shape facilitate heavy mineral to settling
6. Saving water 30-40% than ordinary jig
7. The pulsation speed very easy adjusted by regulator
8. Suitable for roughing and desliming
9. Can achieve a good result in processing such as placer gold, tungsten, iron, tin, hematite, cope, tantalum- niobium, titanium, manganese, barite, zirconium, chrome and gemstone etc.
4.Technical Specification
Note: handling capacity and feeding water amount is varying with ore particle size, ore properties and operating conditions.
